h23 in a 93 del sol

What do I need for the swap it is the same as the h22 swap right? Except that you do not need to wire a vtec controler? Which ecu should I get and do you have to drill a 3 inch hole in the floor board by the shifter for the cable shifter?
I need a list of parts please.
