H23 modification ideas?

I am new to the performance tuning world with this being my first car that I am tuning. I have a 1994 Honda Prelude Si with the H23 engine and auto transmission. I want to start upgrading my car but dont know where to start. I want to turn it into a 5 spd manual and eventually put a turbo. Where should I start?

What's your budget and what do you want to do with it? Some people have put the VTEC head from an H22 onto the H23, and others with boost in mind have just upgraded the cams and dropped the turbo on top.

I really have no budget. I dont plan on doing it all at once, but rather little by little when I have some extra cash to do it.

you kinda have to.... realistically, you have 2 steps. 5pd swap, turbo.
