H2B adapter plate kit, New never used, Cheap NEEDS TO GO

I have a H2B adapter plate kit, I bought it from a guy off HT about 9 months ago. He bought it brand new and never used it, and now I have dont have any time to do the swap or any money to finsh my motor. It comes with the plate, flywheel spacer, mounts (i think I still have them) and bolts. Im asking 400. NEEDS TO GO KIDS

not looking for any trades sorry, the plate and spacer are over 3/8 thick, im in San Diego....

over 3/8 thick? as in 1/2 or like a hair over 3/8? sorry about needing to be so exact but it makes a difference to me and its the deciding factor of wether i buy this or not. thanks -mike
