Also i saw some parts for camber for the front end. Would i need those so they can adjust it? Or are the oem parts on the car adjustable enough?

If you want to be able to adjust your car's camber at all, then yes, you'll need after-market camber adjustors. 1988-2000 Civics have no camber adjustability from the factory. As long as it's within acceptable specs (I'm assuming your car isn't lowered?) then the camber will be fine. The toe angle is what's in question here...
 
^^^he said he bought the car lowered. probably just never had an alignment and is sitting on cheap springs.
