help!! clicking!!

hey guys I need your help! I was driving tonight coming back from dinner and all of a sudden I hear a clicking..well more of a thumping sound almost like a flat tire. I pull over and everything seemed fine, I didn't see anything hanging or anything.

I can feel it in my gas pedal and can hear it coming from the passenger side. and I remembered that when I put my tranny back in I broke the boot and so I was thinking that maybe it's just the sound of my axle, but I thought that was only supposed to make noise when turning?

It doesn't make noise all the time, only once and a while. and only when driving so I know it's not my engine.

so if anyone can help me that would be awesome!

Yeah, probably a cv joint in the axel.

it makes noise because there is now dirt inside the CV joint. get it replaced.

I found out is was the outter tie-rod but thanks guys!
