hey guys when i try to start my integra i push in the clutch and turn the key all the way over theres 2 clicking sounds ones coming from underneath the glove boy above the ecu its black box .....and the other click is from the relay by the cd player and stuff is .........the car does not turn over just clicks i replaced the relay by the cd player ....

about a week ago i went out there and the car started right up ...like and then 3 times after that started right up then it stoped and started just clicking and not turning over again

it will start with a push start

just becuase its getting power, doesnt mean its working. i had the same problem. check the "s" wire do you know what that is? its the black wire on the starter, sometimes it'll corrode. this was my issue, so check into that.

Have you checked the battery and alternator to make sure that they are fine. My car does the clicking thing when my battery is near dead. But yeah, my buddy's truck has had problems with his starter kicking over, the brushes on it were corroded and worn out, so replaced them and has had no problems since.

WELL EVERYONE HAS BEEN TELLING ME ITS THE RELAYS ......i dont think im getting fuel.... the check engine light doesent come on when i turn the key on

You should find out what it is first?
Not cranking, and no fuel?
Have you checked for fuel?
If something's shorting that relay, you can just carry a box of 100 and replace them everytime you drive.

WELL i dont know if im getting fuel i will half to check that right now.....other than that ...well brian i was moving the black wire on the starter (moving it up and down) the one that connects to the battery and the secondary fuse box ..... thats the s wire right welll anyways after that the starter turned over cranked but still dident start but it only cranked one time ....then it wouldent do it again... maybe it wasent because i moved the wire around it might have just cranked from sitting there overnight....thanks guys for all your help

no im not getting fuel ........that fuel pump relay underneath the glovebox clicks though doesent it mean its still working?

This "new" starter you speak of; where did you get it from? You have to watch these aftermarket "rebuilds" that you get from Autozone. They like to work sometimes. It sounds like you have a bad connection(at battery, starter, grounds), a bad starter, or possibly low battery voltage.
What makes you think you aren't getting fuel? How are you checking this?
You won't get any fuel if the engine doesn't crank.

i bought the starter off ebay and its has been tested.

this car is a 91 integra with a b16 with a gsr head

You will get fuel to the rail if you turn the key to the ON position.
To be sure you're checking for fuel at the right place, take the fuel line from the fuel rail, and have someone turn the key all the way ON but not cranking.
If gas leaks out, you're getting fuel.
If you're not, i would check the relays as you plan and replace as needed.

well i cant fix it im going to have to pay some one to fix it .....anyone interested in a cherry picker for sale with the balancer 2 ton very nice in working condition

I know that with the key on the pump will prime the system for 2 seconds. I meant fuel actually sprayed into the intake. What does fuel getting up to the engine have to do with a no crank situation anyway? It's the starter, wires, battery, etc.

so, you have power at the S wire, dude im serious. just recrimp the S wire... ill take a picture of the starter wire or S wire that gives the starter the signal to turn over, if this is damaged or corroded it will not turn over. so, check this.

WELL OKAY THIS IS WERID MY CAR WILL START WHEN ONE OF THE SPARKPLUG WIRE GROUND WIRE (ON TOP OF ENGINE) THEY BOLT ONTO THE TOP OF THE ENGINE and are attached to the sparkplug wires anyways it will start when one of them is touching the distiburator ...
