My car is Honda crx with D15B carbureter engine.I want to swap the manifold with an EFI one.How can i do it and how can get the manifold with the injector nozles,ECU and the wiring harness.

You'll need to find one in a salvage yard and pull all the parts you need. There are a couple articles in the reference section on changing over from dual point, to multi point fuel injection, tis will be similar.
