Sometimes throughout the day, i find myself dragging ass. I go to bed around 9:30 or 10 and wake up at 4:30. I work in an office and when things get slow, I get really sleepy. so what can i do to get energized. I work out 3 times a week already and I eat healthy to. Starbucks is right next to the office, but I dont' want to resort to caffeine too much. Any ideas? And don't say shit like, "smoke crack" or anything stupid.
