how to install a autometer shift light on ek?

Does anybody know how to wire the autometer shift light on a 1998 honda civic, there are 3 wires, the green for the rpm, red for the power and black for the ground. I dont want to run it through the distributor because I want the engine bay to look clean, I would like to wire it up to the ecu or to the guage cluster that I have but I dont know what wires to look for on my guage cluster or ecu. Maybe someone has done this and could help me install my shift light. Thanks

well you could just get the entire wiring diagram and pin it out to where it needs to go.
