I just F'd up. 9978 RPM misshift

I just did something I have never done before, because I'm always careful about it. Apparently, tonight I wasn't.

Misshifting from 3rd to 2nd, I barely let the clutch out...heard the overrev, and slammed it back in. Too late, I guess. It idles at ~550rpm. I came home and let it sit for about 30 mins, and tried to start it back up. It cranked over, turned on, idled very rough, then died. I think if I would've given it gas it would've revved up and not died.

As of right now, I dont know what all happend.

your timing belt probably jumped. I'd pull the head if I were you to check the valves and see if any were bent. But you could probably just check the cam timing to see if that is your problem, and then get it to a place where you could get the compression and leakdown checked.
