ok, so i'm trying to avoid going to the doctor, but i may have to. I wake up 5-7 times per night. i can't sleep through the night. i get up, look out the window, check the clock, get too hot, it's always something. I'm always dragging ass at work, i can't get a good workout at the gym, i'm really struggling. The only time i get sleep is if i take 2 or 3 tylenol pm with 2 aleve/excedrin. and then i'm out and can't wake up for 10 hours. I know some of you guys have issues too. any advice?
