i recently picked up an 89 crx with no motor or trans ..im looking to do a swap iv heard from friends who have hondas(crx,del sol,civic hatch) that a b16,b18c1 and k20 are good for crxs it will be a dailey driver and im on a budget

around 900-1500 the most ill spend is 2000

well for that i would think the best thing to do would be put back the stock motor in it and turbo or do a obdo b16 swap

what about a d16z6 my friend just finished his swap earlier in his del sol(b18c1) and he said i can use his old d16z6

yeah that would be fine, just get you a cable trans to fit it and convert it to obd1
