ok... here's what I say... Slush... PM me (as I have been in a situation similar to what you are describing here) and I will tell you what worked for me. I can handle the hypoglycemic and lactose problems too.... I want to help you out bud.

I'm at like 85% today physically. Good enough for me. Mental is still fucked though. But I'm working on that too.
