Yeah probably not a good idea... thuglife (snicker)
Celebrity Video | TMZ.com
I'm glad the video sucks, I could see this D-bag suing. One thing you see real well though, is the thug turning tail and warp 9ing it out of there... he didn't escape though lol
lmao. Though Roger is lucky his friend didn't get him knocked out. One thing I learned is if your friend is about to get in a fight(especially how close they already were), worse thing you can do is distract him. I've had my face pounded in because my friends were holding me back, but no one was holding the other dude back!
and he'll win.
even though he more than deserved it.
Then, get the girl to sue the guy that punched her.
That's the difference, the woman puncher has no money to go after. Sue someone who is broke and you get a piece of paper saying you won... and a bill from your attorney...
i'm curious why the dude hit the chick in the first place.. looked like she had her back turned to him
Probably turned him down?
Well hopefully he doesn't get brought up on some bullshit charges like assault with a deadly weapon because he is a fighter. I am not familiar with Texas law on these kind of thing.
I couldn't make out anything in that video other than censor beeps and grainy figures moving around.
Well it looked like he stomped the dudes face.
I don't, I think the guy tripped when he ran from him and hit his head on the pavement... then Roger ran over to help him up.... that's what I see..
Good call, I am not a forensic expert by any means.
yes he helped him i saw it >. >
well you can always investigate because a person is worth as much as his assests. so if he had anything worth value its gone.
but other than that you are correct.
she could always get huerta back his money.
i couldnt really make out shit either but cliffnote:
-"tyrone" knocks girl out
-ex-UFC knocks out "tyrone?"
Been there. I've gotten cracked while being distracted or while my friends had me wrapped up pulling me away.
As for assault with a deadly weapon, it depends on his training. If he has a black belt in BJJ or another martial art he can be tried that way. If he just has general knowledge with no documentation or belts, he technically is like a regular person. Although judges can also do what they want in a situation like this.
Roger Huerta - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Says nothing about documented proof. He was a wrestler turned fighter. Most of them simply pick it up as they go along.
