I've Been Robbed....

Jesh I left home about 2weeks ago, and just got back now...I was still on the internt there, but only on 56k...and I was like..."AHHH this sucks" So coming home to jump back on cable sounded great...well I wake up this morning, to check out my speeds, because it is sweeming VERY VERY SLOW! so I checked on dsl reports and found out, I was having 33kbps download, and 31kbps upload, so I try to wake up my internet then go back and I get this:

Seems like broadband .. above the 1mbit barrier!

back to normal....Does anyone know why it was dogging so slow???
