Would an h22 be a good swap into a teg? I have a deal on one for $800 and was wondering if i should take it

It's a good engine, yes. Your car will definitely scoot with an H22 under the hood. It's not exactly bolt-in like the B-series engines are though. You'll need a mount kit and you'll need to do a tiny bit of fabricating to make the transmission fit, or buy an expensive adaptor plate to make your current transmission work...

you said you wanted to track race every once in a while. the h22 is gonna put alot more weight on the front so you might want to take that into account. I would do it anyway though!

It seemed like he meant quarter mile type racing where on a FWD car it shouldnt be too big of a deal. Might even aid in traction.
