K20A2 engine in a CB7

Hey i have looked at what i have to change and i found a k20a2 in my uncles salvage yard and i was wondering if it would be a beast engine for the CB7 . What kind of upgrade can i do or what should i look out for in the salvage yard............ohh by the IF YOU NEED PARTS HIT ME UP WITH A PM I WILL SEE WHAT I CAN DO

it can work but keep in mind it will cost about 4 grand just to get it in the car and running
