I have a 92 eg with a b18c swap, the car turns on fine but when when I try to take the key out it doesnt, n the only way it comes out is when I take off the battery.... keep in mind the car was auto before I put the b18c swap on it..

If you did the swap yourself then you need to jump the wires on the plug that went to the auto gear selector in the center console to male the harness think it's in park. I wrote an auto to manual swap thread that shows the plug and wires to jump. Basically there is a solenoid in the ignition that locks the key in the ignition until you shift the car into park.

Edit: You can also remove the interlock relay.
