losing patience please help

ok so i got everything together started up and all now it idles fine but when i give it a little bit of gas to let the clutch out it bogs down and wants to die then i open it and open it and it keeps boggin then it will just start revin really high once the throttle plate opens, why is it bogging down and stuttering when i only give it small amounts of throttle? please anyone
its a d16z6 obd1 with a p28 chipped ecu

its from monotech with the entire harness and i dont have the o2 sensor on so would that cause it

An O2 sensor would be a good start, and I was asking if it had one of those shitty ebay chips in it.

well im pretty sure its not like i said i got it from monotech for 400 with the ecu and harness

im using a non vtec dizzy and the mounting doesnt line up with the holes so im guessing thats my problem, it is mounted solidly on there though

Adjust your distributor timing, that will solve your issue. Is the head a d16y8?, if so use a D15b7, because it mounts properly to a y8 head and you can do necessary timing adjustments.

the motor is actually a sohc d16zc yes its an actual zc so i dont know if that makes a differnece
