LS/Vtec or GS-R Swap into a 91 LS

just wondering if anyone has done this swap or a ls/vtec before, i have everything i need to do either, turbo might be down the road but i was plaining on going internal first, i want to build a mean sleeper. any reply would be good

ls/vtec will put down more hp and higher torque #'s than a gsr, stock for stock. although if the person building it doesn't do it right, the b18c1 will be more reliable. you doing the build yourself?

tapping the block and all that will be done by a shop but the wiring and the physical swap will be done by me yes and a few friends
