I recently purchased a B16A SiR II engine with LSD tranny. Im wondering how I can make sure my tranny really has LSD. I read the article about B-Series tranny's and how to tell if one has LSD but it didn't clearly state which is and which isn't LSD. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Look through the hole where the axle goes....

if you see this (nothing), it is a LSD tranny...

If you see a bar going across the hole, it is not.

Also it SHOULD have a stamp like this on the outside...

I've heard that not all LSD tranys have it, that is because people swap them in and out. But I have read from Honda that if it is LSD, it is indicated on the outside.

yup, what b16 up top said. But for other peeps out there don't just rely on the LSD stamp, people can paint that shit on there. Make sure to actually look into where the intermediate shaft and passenger axle goes.
