Well, I am not a trend setter so I won't put my input into a "new saying" but I will post some of the terms I use when I am drunk and yelling about different governmental programs and right wing liberals.

I always call someone who doesn't have a clue "Integrex-Si." You don't have a clue. You never have a clue, and you never will have a clue, boy.
