I just painted these miata rims and put azenis on them. I tried them out yesturday and i felt lots of vibration. I found out that the hole in the center of the rim was to small for the hub to go through so i got these spacer things. The vibration is gone but is it safe to use them??

for road use it will be ok ... but id be a little sketchy on using them for hard driving

do you know anyone at a machine shop????
you could just get the holes bored out a little to fit :)

Increasing the center bore would be preferable, but if you are using the thinnest spacers possible and still have sufficient wheel stud showing through, then you'll be fine, even for hard driving.

Yip, as long as you maintain a good amount of threading on the lugs you're fine. People here use tham all the time to get a wider stance, crazy europeons.
