I upgraded to an external MSD Blaster coil and ever since then I get moisture buildup in the distributor cap. I have been through about 4 caps/rotors now because this moisture causes oxidation on the nodes and creates a green slag buildup. When I must scrape the slag away every 3 days it will eventually cause deterioration of the nodes. Moisture will build up even when it hasnt rained in a long time and is very dry. Please help, I do not want to buy another MSD Cap/Rotor kit until I figure this problem out, cause they arent cheap.
