ive been getting some email from mainly SouthTrust bank(we've never given them our email information); here's what it says(ive gotten 4 emails of the same thing):
The link doesnt point to that southtrust website, and ive copy and pasted the link into my browser and that website isnt the bank's website. Anyways, ive found out that its actually directed towards my "Local Folder" in Thunderbird. is there anyway to turn this off or disable it someway?
also, 3 of them say its from Southtrust.com, and one says its from paypal(all with the same message). My paypal account isnt connected with my Southtrust bank account, but is connected with Bank of America.
We recently have determined that different computers have logged onto your Online Banking account, and multiple password failures were present before the logons. We now need you to re-confirm your account information to us. If this is not completed by June 21, 2005, we will be forced to suspend your account indefinitely, as it may have been used for fraudulent purposes. We thank you for your cooperation in this manner.

Thank you for your patience in this matter.
