Need Help! Just Finished My Swap

I have a 89 crx hf w a obd0 converted b18c and pr3 ecu. I started it up and no engine lights came on, about 10 sec later i heard something switch on and the engine light came on? any suggestions? I drove it around and sometimes it idled real high then sometimes it would idle normal. And sometimes i would try to give it gas and it would bog down? Please help

IAC? Check to see what code the ecu is putting out.

yep hook it up to a scanner 2 see what codes its giving would be the first thing ... most all shops have um just ask um to check for codes wont cost much...
