i have a crx si with a b16a in it.I bought it with the motor in it.but some hillbilly put it in,and it was terrible.he also cut the springs VERY LOW!so this winter i had to redo the swap.i had to buy a oil pan,tranny and oil pick up because this hic had to drop it soo low.i bought a j1 tranny for it .i got it (and a oil pan)for $300.oo from a guy which garenteed me it worked(i have it in wrighting).The trannys straight from japan and never ran on a us car(it still had all the jdm stuff on it,like mounts and power stearing speedo).i put it in and it will not shift into 1st,2nd,or 5th. This guy told me too take out two 12 or 14 mm. bolts than shift it and it will reset it or somthing?(i cant find the bolts anywhere)i was wondering if anyone new what was going on with my tranny.any sugesions would be great.thanks
