need help with ecu

i have a 89 honda crx with the d15b7 in it but its running like crap someone told me that it is because i have the wronge ecu in it does anyone know what ecu is the right one for my car the numbers on my barcode on the ecu are 37820-pm6-a080 i think this is the v-tec ecu but i am not sure of that if i had a v-tec ecu on a non v-tec it would make my motor run like crap right because the ecu would be sending the wronge sighnals to my motor right

PM6 is the ECU for 88-91 CRX/Civic Si model with D16A6 non-VTEC engine - should work fine with the B7
