Need Info On Building An Ls/vtec Motor

I have a 95 Integra LS. I want to build an ls/vtec motor. Im lookin for advice on what head, tranny, computer, i should use. Also if anyone can help me find info on where to find some article's about how to do this. And if someone knows a good place to find some parts for this let me know.

What ever head you can get a reasonable price on, the S80 or Y80 tranny (ITR or CTR if you can afford one, GSR if not), P72 ECU works well as a starting point get a Hondata to use with your current ECU if you can afford that route. if you are on a budget, pr3 pistons are a good choice to bump compression. i would use a p72 ecu, well actually a hondata system or something similar would be better.. but at least a p72 w/ a vafc at the least!! mill the head perhaps.. .020"
