Need parts to finish swap

I'm lookin for these last few parts to finish my swap (b18a1 into crx):

-b18b axles (both + jack shaft)
-'90-'93 integra 5spd shift link
-'90 integra throttle cable
-'91 integra water outlet

If anyone has any of these things and is willing to part w/ em just throw me a price, thanks.
