need some help from the civic guru's

hi swap peeps , i done a d16y8 swap into a 96 civic lsi ukdm , my original motor was a d15z5 ... i had to use a p2p a34 921- 303285 ecu to avoid key immob issues .. cos my car dont have this key thingy .
im getting 2 cel codes 20 eld and 22 vtp
on the c connecter pin no#15 is blank has no blu/blk wires and theres no vtec pressure switch on the motor only vtec solenoid (motor taken from a delsol ) so im wondering if this ecu im using requires this switch to be added .
i did some research on the ecu its from a 97 usdm civic coupe im wondering if the si coupes in the states y8 motor uses a vtp switch

yes, the y8 here does have a vtec pressure switch. it's right under the distributor.
