yes the head is obd0 and it is mint. nothing is wrong with the block that it's on... it's a complete running motor. one of my friend's wants me to put an LS/VTEC together for him but he wants me to hold it till january to see if he has the funds for me to go ahead and build it. Why not just go B16 for the time being? I really don't know, he's hard headed... Plus, I want the block because i'm going to try and do the block fill thing. I'll let you know, if he lets me know sooner, if it's a no.
