goddamnit, i got arrested today before NYE even.

Chillin in this girls aartment, smoking a buynch of weed and like 3-4 ounces on the table as well as a shit load of liquor. Knock Knock Knock Girl asnswers door, 'oh shit cops", try to conceal all the weed and liqour.
We smell weed, whos smoking in, they walk over and see weed all over. You're all under arrest and they read us our rights. I have a warrant but all the facilities were packed, it woulda been an extra 3-4 hours for them to come get me and drive me to an open facility. I got lucky and they let me go, charged with possesion of CDS, paraphenalia and Under the Influence. The girl friend got charged with distribution, paraphanelia, and possesion, under the influence and endangering a child, since he brought his son (he was down the hall in a closed room). My friend got charged with possesion and under the influence. My other friend got 2 charges of Under the Influence of a controlled substance.

It was complete bullshit, they just came a knocking and took us all into custody. It's all bush's fault.

it's bullshit, maybe it's my lifestyle but to get arrested on such bullshit is retarded. I can see getting arrested for a DWI or something but I was in this girls apartment, just a few people their minding their own business not bothering anyone, not being loud or anything.

Here's one. Who else gets arrested for doing 83 miles an hour with a valid license, registration and insurance. Didn't mouth off to the cop or have any warrants, wasn't drunk or didn'h have anything illegal. I was speeding and that's it, no racing, no nothing. He said I was a danger to the people around me. He didn't issue me a reckless driving ticket either, he just arrested me for speeding 18 mph over the speed limit. Hmm, that's bullshit in my book.

I'm telling you, I may live a different lifestyle then most, and I try to make this life a good one. I bet if kerry was in office I wouldn't have been arrested for weed since he woulda tried to amend that retarded law. \

I really hate to tell you...but if Kerry was in office...you'd still get arrested...and the same shit would happen...

you do illegal things...and you get busted...you pay the price...

Smoke..Weed...Mary J...is still illegal...and will always be illegal.....

driving fast...is illegal...unless on a closed, monitored course, IE, Autocross, Drifting, Nascar....

that's just a small fact of life....and we all have to live with it...unless you live in Amsterdam, or in Germany next to the Autobaughn..... ;)
 
i guess, it won't always be illegal. It wil become legal. Remember when alcohol was banned, that didn't last long. This won't last much longer either, i don't think so anyway.

And if kerry was in office it would be a lesser penalty

i cant vote, no one in my family voted for bush though. I wouldn't have voted for him if i could.

1. Because people don't let people do what they want. Think of it like this liquor is worse, it fucks you up worse in the long run. Its different if someone is being obnoxious and loud and fuckin with people. But someone doing it in there own home minding their own business shouldnt be harassed for it.

2.Speeding is different, but I shouldnt have gotten arrested for 18 mph over.
