Is it a wet or dry kit??

Wet kits like the ones from zex are MUCH safer.

Depends on if it's tune or not. If you're running some sort of stand-alone or a ECU that allows nitrous control(I believe Neptune has this feature), you can have the ECU compensate for the extra fuel needed with a dry shot and adjust timing timing as needed.
