I have everything hooked up and it wont start. when i cut the jumper to disable the neptune and go back to the stock program, it starts but runs bad of course cuz there is no 4 wire o2 hooked up. Saying I did hook up the o2 it would prob run right, but then when i go to tune it and resolder the jumper to activate the Neptune chip it wont start. I plugged everything up minus the pigtail for all the vtec stuff and 4 wire o2 stuff. anyone have any ideas on what the deal is?
