Mine got cracked in a horrible mailbox incident. Enough on that. I found one of the same color on ebay for 225. Steep, but described as "Light scratches" No good pics. Being desperate I went ahead and got it. I didn't want to pay that much, but it arrived today a week late, with a giant crack across the top. I'm really hoping the seller just says fuck it, keep it, here's your money. So I don't have to pay to send it back. I will post pics when they upload to my g+. I've heard that ebay and paypal are really good at helping you out, I just hope this happens quick. I wanted this to be over by now.

Anyone on here have experiences with this sort of stuff?

When FedEx showed up with my new grille from the dealer it had a friggin boot print on it. The driver was just like not my problem do you accept this package? I opened the shit up right there with him . Luckily it was fine.
 
He was pissed, but said send it back. "what the f this part I said in the disc it had scratches" this guy's a douche.

yeah, not a scratch. that's a crack.

after you get your money back, you should send him various pictures of crack. like, ass, drugs, and sidewalks. and then scratches. followed by a 'the more you know' jpg
 
That's what I get for being in a hurry and just ordering it without asking for more pics. I found one a local insight owner has for over 100 bucks cheaper.
 
probably because metal fenders generally don't crack

You noted light scratches in the description. You didn't mention the very large crack along the top, or the half broken mounting tab. I believe light scratches pertain to being only paint deep, not gouging the plastic. I expected to be able to do some light buffing and put the fender on the same day. The price I paid and the description do not match what I received. If it was not cracked before it was sent I would file a claim with the shipper. "

So I asked this guy if he got the package, the tracking number says it was delivered yesterday. This is what I got:

"NO DO YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER???"

"Yes I sent it to you once. Here it is again. 9114901230801762210652"

"yes i see the tracking number yes i went to usps and saw that it was delivered. BUT I DONT HAVE IT. my address is 213 tahlequah trail.45066. i went to the companys around me but they dont have it. where did you send it as i am starting to think this is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1"

"I sent the package to the return address on the original "package" I received. I have receipts and photos to prove I sent it and it was in poor condition."

Fucking Christ.... These are literal transcripts.
 
Apparently the address on the package was his shipping company that he goes through. Yeah he's about to be PayPal fucked. Do I have to close my eBay case for this? I paid 225 dollars for a broken fender, almost a month ago. I'm just pissed now.
