A few comments from the cashew gallery:
If I were on the jury, yeah.. I could weigh evidence and make a sound decision of whether he did it or not.
Then, California asks the JURY to decide life or death? Whoa.. that's a big weight. Even if I were foaming at the mouth - His actions didn't affect me enough to hand down a death sentence. I simply feel I have no right or justification to have someone put down - And neither do you. It was outlandish of California to have the jury make their decision.
If he gets pushed to the front of the line, and gets killed instantly then California would have crossed a boundary that even TEXAS won't cross. In Texas there needs to be no reasonable doubt, and a certain amount of killings for people to get pushed to the front of the line. And Californians (AKA Democratic morons) constantly make jokes of Texans for their capital punishment - Inbetween power avacado lunches and whenever they're not stuffing their mouths with sprout-flavored flatbreads. (Rant summary: Californians are a lot like the French)
Another point: Why should justice move forward for this guy? Bernard Goetz was in deliberation for 6 years, OJ walked, and no one is EVEN LOOKING FOR Tupac's killer. We are going to jump down Scotty's throat because he's not as emotional as "he should be"? Wow. Hide Leonard Nimoy.
I have no doubts that he did it. None at all. From day one I had no doubts. But dammit, we should revisit OJ at least. What's good for the goose IS good for the gaggle.
