Recently I was going to upgrade with an HID kit, when I noticed that my front headlights, have an extra set of light bulbs in them. They are in between the other two. But they don't turn on, emergency lights, high beams, turn signals, I tried everything but they don't turn on. What are they? they better not be just for show.
