My RSX- type S had an 11:1 CR and it was recomended to use 91+ Octane. So if your in that neighborhood hope it helps.
The highest octane gas I can find at a gas station here is 94, that should be a hint that stock cars will not handle 110 octane b/c they were never designed for it.
