reading spark plugs

OK.. I was just checking out the plugs on the teg, but realized I don't really know how to read them... how do they look?

Look perfect to me. No oil, no excessive white on the tips.

Figure anywhere in the green is fine...If i don't see anything nasty (super lean, carbon or oil) i just leave them alone.

Reason I had them out was because the teg overheated and cracked the radiator because off bad thermostat... car sat in the garage for a week and collected dust... so I gave the bay a bath ..Jen called me saying her car was making some weird noises .. when she pulled up I could tell there was a little water that got in there... so I pulled the plugs to dry it out..

That hint of pink on the pluggs means everything is running A OK.
