Story: Ok, I have a '95 civic ex. I had a stage 3 clutch put in because thats what was in it when I bought it and I liked the response I got. Also when I bought the car it had no muffler on it either, so when I went for an inspection, ofcourse they said I had to have a muffler in order to pass, blah blah blah... So I got a stock muffler put on it just to hold me over til i decide what type to put on. Now that I have a muffler... I'm racing, right? ... and when I shift from 1st to 2nd my car starts jolting back and forth. It feels like my cars being choked. Even from 2nd to 3rd I get the same thing but only slightly.
Question: Is it definitely my muffler causing this or the clutch? What muffler should I install to match the clutch? Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks,
