soldering wires

i have to hook up the vtec and o2 sensor wires but i have to solder them is there any kinda of wire i should use?? or can i just use any copper wire??

The best thing to do is use harness wire. If you have an old wire harness laying around that you don't need, use that.

i dont have an old harness
so what would be the next best thing?

Try stopping by a local shop and see if they have an old harness they be willing to part with or sell cheap. I honestly wouldn't just use any old wire, especially when soldering for the O2 sensor.

If you happen to use copper wire just make sure you don't use any smaller than 18 awg. You'll be fine
