If you're a fan of sardines, this dish will rock your world. It's really good and it is really is simple to make even if it seems hard due to all the steps.

2 whole mackerel
2 whole tomatoes
3 pieces of green onion
4 red peppers crushed
1 TBS sugar
1 TBS sweet suace (see picture)
1/4 cup Fish Sauce
2 cups water
Fresh Cilantro for garnish
Salt
oil
