Suggestion on Cams for my 92-92 H22

I looking to get Skunk2 cams for my H22 engine. I know if I up the stage of cam i have to also modify my valvetrain. What mods do I have to do and does anyone recommand a differant Cam? <_<

i havent heard any complaints on skunk2 and if the original question you were trying to ask is if you should upgrade your valves, springs, retainers etc with new cams with higher lift and duration the answer is yes.

You can run Skunk2 stage1's without any other mods. But with Skunk2 stage2's you have better upgrade your valvetrain.

the skunk2 cams stage 3 kit is coming out soon...so far they only have the stage one and two. If you have the cash go for the H22JUN cam kit. Its around 1500 dollars and comes with the cams valvesprings and retainers.
