sunroof barley moves i have to help it

is there a way to grease it up to help it slide better or is it time for a new motor and how does the headliner come of to change it

Take it all apart, clean everything, clean out the drains. Inspect for overly worn, broken or cracked parts. Clean some more. Grease it up and put it all back together. It'll work like a champ again.

i have to take the head liner off how does it come off with out hurting it lol

Take your time with it! Its a pain in the ass for sure. Pretty self explainatory though. Remove everything that is in its way, then remove it.

i just grease up the sliders or wat i hate grease and only want to grease up wat i have to lol

Every moving part. Don't glop it on there though.. That will just cause this stuff to happen all over again. Grease up the sliders, the rails, pivots, everything.

ok thanks one last question do i just use any grease or should i use white lithium grease
