The only suspension upgrades that I have done is switch my shocks to Tokico Illuminas. I am running the springs that came with the Tokico kit. What do you guys recomend as the next step?

neuspeed is good stuff.

This causes the bar to put more stress on the subframe. When that happens, this happens....I heard Skunk2 sways are pretty good but they do not have a poly eurethane bushing kit

Sub frame tear out. Have fun replacing that. (yes that is a ITR rear swaybar with a beaks kit) Another major way to prevent subframe tear out is stiffer spring rates. Even with a beaks kit, with stock spring rates, your asking for trouble.

a suspension is only as good as the tires that are holding them.

The OEM front swaybar is fine. I'd go with a JDM ITR or even a USDM ITR rear sway (23 or 22 mm, respectively).
