swapped D16Z6 in my sol,wont rev over 3 grand

hey guys/girls i have a 94 honda delsol si.I replaced my D16Z6 and the car won't rev over 3,000 rpms.There isn't a cel and the idle in really rough.Any help would be greats thanks in advance

TPS maybe, that was my problem.

is that located on the throttle body,also could it be that i don't have the hoses etc hooked up wrong

could be the tps, but most likely, its a bad/not connected right map sensor.

if you have vacuum hoses disconnected or something that coukd cxause it too. Check both the map and tps, there both on the throttle body
