Everyone always say to do up a GSR motor or do a LS/vtec motor...I understand that its the best for all motor power, but isnt it true that a LS(non-vtec) makes more power on boost than say a Vtec head..I Have an LS and Im not sure if changing over to the GSR is even worth it considering im going to be running boost...Do i stick with my LS or swap over to the Vtec. rememeber I will be running boost and building up all the internals...

if your going to boost it on the stock block, theres no point to adding a vtec head.
Yes there is- you still get more power up top. It's not necessary to make really good numbers on boost though. If you don't have the cash to convert to VTEC before adding boost, don't worry about it. You can still make close to 300whp on a stock B18 without VTEC.
