yeah, we lucked out on the deal, thats for sure. Granted it needs upgrades, but we save a ton of loot by doing it ourselves. If I was to have done what I did by a GC, I would've been out 18k easily.
Brookside owns you. Your commute would blow, but you can have your own 5 bdrm 3 bth with personal dock and boat access to the lake your house sits on for a mere 450k.
