this just happend yesterday to a friend of mine but he called the number and there fixing it for free,
 
i'll play anything.. i just prefer the 360 because of the games.. PS has a lot of RPGs, not my cup of tea

Calling Microsoft out on a forty percent failure rate is not being a "fanboy". Taking that sort of crap however, is.

How much did you drop on it? I plunked near half a grand for the entire four piece deal (I don't use the overhead part, it's pretty much pointless.) It was the best one I could find IMHO. I like it :)
 
I think it was like 450.00 or something. We got it just because it bumped us over the 3200.00 total which netted me a 57 in tv for free. A local store was running a deal at the time and we also purchased a bedroom set. I also don't use the sound bridge as it looks really dumb and out of place with the set. Not bad for Sauder.
